Practice Description: I am a Solution Focused Therapist providing therapy for a wide range of mental disorders and problems to adults, couples, children, and families. Having recovered myself from Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Agoraphobia, and Anorexia Nervosa, I know personally and professionally what it takes to recover and feel better. My approach is positive, interactive, and collaborative. I work very hard to ensure a positive therapy outcome and offer long term solutions and healing for the issues that brought you to seek help. I offer Individual therapy, Marriage and Relationship counseling, child and adolescent therapy, and Family therapy.

I have advanced training in Harm Reduction and use it in my work with substance abuse, eating disorders, and relationship counseling.

I have experience with many ethnic, religious, and cultural groups and understand the importance of cultural traditions in marriages and families.

Having worked with the GLBT population for many years, I understand the issues faced in today's society for themselves as well as their children and families.

Insurance and Billing Instructions: I am not in network for insurance, however, many insurance plans provide out of network benefits. Session fees are paid at the time of each session. You may submit your receipts from therapy to your insurance company for reimbursement according to your plan. If you do not have out of network benefits, most people save their receipts for tax deductible unreimbursed medical expenses. Your insurance company or accountant can provide further information
