Driving Directions: |
LIE (495) to Lakeville Road. North on Lakeville Road to Office (about a 2 mile drive). Lakeville Road changes its name to Middle Neck Road when you cross Northern Blvd (25A). Go through the heart of town and cross over a bridge (over the LIRR). Office is exactly one mile from the bridge on your right at the corner of Wooleys Lane. You will recognize the corner because it's a bus stop with a plastic shed. Since the building is a corner building it has addresses on Middle Neck Road and Wooleys Lane. You must enter on Wooleys Lane. You will see a professional sign that reads "Dr. Phyllis Gildston, North Shore Center." Enter and ring the buzzer for Suite B-6, respond to the query as to who you are, and you will then be buzzed in.
