About my Groups: Group therapy is a wonderful way to develop and improve relationships with significant others, family members, friends, colleagues--and other group members. I currently lead (2) groups:
1. Mixed Group: Open to women, men and persons who are gender-nonconforming, this group explores a broad variety of members' issues in a supportive and gently challenging environment. It meets Thursdays at 5 pm. Adults of all ages and cultures welcome.
2. Men's Group: Open to all self-identified men, this group explores members' issues in a supportive and gently challenging environment. Foci include emotional intimacy and recovery from childhood trauma. The group meets Wednesdays at 12 pm. Adult men of all ages and cultures welcome.
