Practice Description: |
I believe that caring for yourself and your relationships is the most important task you will ever have. Paying attention to and nurturing your emotional well being is equally as important as caring for your physical health. It seems that so many individuals, couples, and families find themselves struggling with the excessive demands of life in the 21st century. Depression, anxiety, illnesses and addictions are becoming more common in our society. As a result, conflicts and difficulty in communicating with those closest to us can often lead to feelings of isolation and despair.
I believe that with guidance and caring, all individuals are capable of learning new ways to relate so that they enhance their communication skills and develop tools to navigate their relationships in a healthy, productive way. Working with individuals and couples to make healthy life decisions and heal emotionally is the benchmark of good therapy.
