| Insurance and Billing Instructions: |
I am considered an out of network insurance provider for most insurance plans. Clients pay me directly and I supply them with a monthly bill to get reimbursement from their insurance provider upon request. Not all insurance plans cover out of network providers. When my services are not reimbursed by a clients insurance plan we work together to set a fee that feels reasonable and manageable. |
