Practice Description: My approach to therapy centers around a true collaboration between client/s and therapist. It is my hope that clients can see and feel the importance and value that their efforts create in their personal journey, and that their decisions, ideas, and motivation are used as helpful tools in achieving their desired change.

I believe that there are times in every person's life when they need to reach out for help, as they navigate the obstacles that we are all bound to encounter within life. I feel very lucky to be a part of that process and within that unique experience it is my role as a therapist to collaborate with, empathize with, support, understand, and encourage my clients.
