Life is difficult. And, if you are like most people, looking to professional help is the last thing you think you need. But you don't have to let your life become so unhappy and you don't have to wait till you finally reach that point of not being able to take one more day of sadness, heartbreak or depression. I have many years of training and experience assisting clients look at their current life situations and create a different vision for themselves, finding the relief they are seeking. It's not so hard really, it just takes a willingness to open up and receive the help that is right here for you. My work is holistic in nature and I apply all that I have learned over time from various philosophical approaches to create a path to help empower you so that you easily integrate all we do in therapy into your everyday life. I am a certified hypnotherapist and use this process very successfully to help healing on the deepest levels so you can reach your fullest potential.

| Insurance and Billing Instructions: |
Currently do not serve on any insurance panels. I accept checks, credit and debit cards and cash. Many people discover that they have have several helpful sessions with me for the same cost to them if they used their insurance - after paying a co-pay and meeting a deductible. And some people simply do not want the privacy invasion when insurance is used, especially since the insurance companies require a mental diagnosis. |
