I really want to congratulate you on your decision to seek counseling. It's not often an easy step to take, and I am sure you have many questions. I have provided mental health services as a Board Certified Licensed Professional Counselor to individuals and couples for the past 24 years in a variety of different treatment settings. My clients have commented that they feel respected; empowered to make difficult decisions; encouraged to try new skills, and most of all, they have left my office feeling understood. I really value this feedback, and strive to make every effort to meet your needs, encourage your interests and express myself in a way that is compassionate and mobilizing.
