The fact that you're viewing my profile and on this site is the very first step in working toward creating a better you. I know it can be hard to find the right therapist. Trusting in someone and being able to tell them what you are going through can be difficult. I know feelings of depression, anxiety, and life struggles may paralyze us emotionally. I believe that it is important to remember everyone's challenges and concerns are unique to them. I am flexible in utilizing a variety of theoretical orientations depending upon the patient, their personal issues, and their communication style. I do take a psychodynamic and family systems approach most of the time because our past experiences create who we are today.
I have worked with couples in need of better communication skills, pre-marital therapy, and couples on the verge of divorce.
