I believe change comes once you are able to be experience vulnerable feelings in the room that are too uncomfortable or have felt too shameful to explore and talk about. I believe that being honest with yourself in the room is the first step to healing. I have great respect for all of my clients and honor the process of self exploration, forgiveness, and emotional well being.
