My approach towards therapy is it should be targeted, timely and temporary. My goal is to help clients to get clear so that they can quickly and painlessly move forward with their lives. I provide a confidential and non judgemental environment. In addition to evidenced base cognitive behavioral approaches, I utilize Clinical hypnosis to facilitate rapid resolution of troubling emotions and beliefs.
My role as adjunct instructor in undergraduate psychology programs keeps me abreast of the most current researched modalities which benefits my clients needs.
