I am a licensed psychologist, who provides psychological services to adults. My two main areas of specialty are in working with anxiety issues and autism spectrum disorders. I work mainly from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach working with my clients on identifying maladaptive thinking patterns to promoting positive changes in their lives. My therapeutic approach is supportive, goal-oriented, and solution-focused. I feel it is important to treat my clients as a whole – focusing on each individual's internal and external influences, as well as, his or her strengths and barriers. I enjoy the process of working collaboratively with my clients on developing positive coping skills, improving meaningful relationships, and overall quality of life.
