Improve communication and create solutions! Conquer shame, guilt, anger, panic, depression, phobias and eliminate anxiety! Get rid of angry impulses, destructive behaviors and get out of your negative mindset by clearing your mind of the negative effects of its emotional baggage!
Using a new form of treatment called Rapid Resolution Therapy or Rapid Trauma Resolution with Clinical Hypnosis, I help people resolve problems such as undesired and painful emotions often caused by past traumatic events. Shame, guilt, anger, flashbacks, nightmares, cravings, drug and alcohol abuse and panic can often be resolved painlessly, without needing years of therapy.
This treatment helps eliminate the negative effects of past traumatic experience which may include relationship problems, phobias, insomnia, anxiety, panic, substance abuse, depression and low self esteem. It can be applied to anyone who feels "stuck" and has not been able to perform at their highest level.
I work with individuals and couples (including business partners) helping them to change negative patterns of behavior, improve communication and create solutions to problems and conflicts.
I also work with individuals (both male and female) including professionals, entrepreneurs, students and athletes helping them to enhance their performance.
I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, substance abuse and stress related problems. I work quickly to reduce distress or panic.My style is focused and collaborative, helping people become empowered to achieve their goals by tapping into their strengths.
