“My focus is on the problem(s) YOU identify that need work. We'll talk about the obstacles to reaching your goal and then discuss ways to move beyond these blockages. A large percent of our sessions will address the trials and errors you find along the way toward the improvements you want to reach.
Our work will define your strong points and your blind spots. We will talk about how to apply your best points as well as what you may be missing. I am very good at supporting people through difficulty, finding hope, and realistically validating someone's effort to finding a better way.
I believe anyone who wants to change can do so and I will join you in that effort. I am truthful in my practice; I'll keep us on track with our therapy goals, and I am open to all questions a client may wish to ask.”
