Shannon is a Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice in the North Dallas area. Her office is conveniently located in Addison near Arapaho and the North Dallas Tollway. She offers daytime, evening, and weekend appointments, many within 24 hours. Offered are services for depression, anxiety, eating disorders, relationship issues, addiction, and anger management. Most insurance plans are accepted. Also offered are on-site workshops for stress management, team building, communication skills, and balancing work and home. Shannon is a Certified Anger Resolution Therapist, a Rational Hypnotherapist, Internationally Certified in Critical Incident Stress Management, and is a Supervisor for LPC Interns. Shannon's method of counseling focuses on personalizing treatment to meet the specific needs of the client or of the couple.
The C.A.L.M. program offers both individual and group anger management. As a C.A.R.T., Shannon has special training in working with adults with anger problems. In addition, as a Hypnotherapist, Shannon offers additional assistance to modify unproductive behavior.
