Therapy can help you find or regain a feeling of confidence and control in your life, help you resolve difficulties, and move forward toward a sense of balance. As a therapist, I am interested in the changes you want to make, your strengths, your relationships, and your experiences. Many of us feel overwhelmed by the stress of day to day living. We may feel powerless to change and unable to confront fear, loss or hurt within ourselves. This can lead to feelings of insecurity, depression and/or anxiety, even spiraling into feeling alone and emotionally separated from our loved ones and colleagues.
Counseling provides a supportive framework for you to work with through what is holding you back, enabling you to fulfill your dreams, goals, and potential. Our sessions will take place in a safe and confidential environment.
