Healing and growth are always possible. I believe that intimacy and connection are the key to healing old wounds and embracing all the vitality and beauty that life has to offer.
Intimacy and connection are fundamental human needs. When these needs are not met (or are interrupted) at a young age, we tend to develop ways to protect and care for ourselves. But as we grow older, these "strategies" may no longer serve us, and often leave us feeling "stuck", repeating dysfunctional behaviors over and over but unable to see a new way forward.
I help people develop awareness of the underlying needs, then empower them to make new choices. We have little control over what has happened in our past, but today we have the opportunity to take responsibility for our future and make new choices to achieve the love, the happiness, and the life we seek.
