I encourage my clients to take effective steps to create a more positive internal and external experience, and to reshape any limiting beliefs and perceptions, thereby relieving distressing symptoms.
My clients say that the work we do is very practical and easy to apply to their lives. My interactive style is open and supportive. I utilize a cognitive (thought-based), solution-focused, and eclectic/personalized approach. Some of the tools that I use are life skills training, problem-solving, trauma reduction, guided imagery, EMDR, and hypnosis.
