Here at Positive Pathways, we believe in providing our clients with many paths for their journeys. We provide an individualized wellness plan that can include one of the many options; individual, marriage, family and group therapy, life coaching, massage therapy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), Theophostic, Theraplay, PCIT (Parent Child Interaction Therapy), workshops and seminars. Each one of our team members has the passion to meet clients where they are and to provide the guidance and support to get them where they want to go. Effective January 1, 2008, our fees will be as follows:
Initial Assessment: $150.00
45-minute Individual Session - $120.00
45-minute Family Session - $145.00
At times the need arises for extended sessions. People often report significant benefit from sessions lasting 1 1/2 hours. We are excited to offer these sessions as an added service to you. Insurance carriers often cover the first part of these sessions and the client is then responsible for th other half. The above rates apply for the out of pocket portion you are responsible for.
No Show - $120.00
Group No Show - $60.00
Late Cancellation (24 hours or less) - $65.00
Return Check Fees - $30.00
Phone Calls lasting longer than 10 minutes are charged at $1.00 / minute.
Copying Records - $1.00 / page plus postage
Letter Writing - $35.00 / page
Half Day Court Attendance - $500.00
Full Day Court Attendance - $1,000.00
Court Preparation and Court Reports - $75.00 / hour
We require payment at the time of service. If you have a deductible or co-pay, payment is expected at the time of service. A $5.00 charge will be assessed to your account if your payment is not received on that day. |
