My clinical speciality is working with anxiety including constant worry, panic, phobias, and trauma. I love working in this area because anxiety is treatable. Too many people live with the embarrassment and torment of panic, the constant worry of cumulative stress, or the pain of trauma. Anxiety can be linked to physical ailments such as irritable bowel and chronic pain. You don't have to live with it. I've helped many people get relief from their anxiety to live happier, more productive lives. I'd like to help you.
I use an integrative approach to help my clients achieve relief as quickly as possible. Part of that approach may involve EMDR, a powerful treament that has a direct effect on the way the brain processes information. Research has shown it to be an effective and rapid treatment. Having worked in corporate American for more than thirty years I have a first-hand knowledge of the rewards and challenges of that culture and can draw upon that experience to help my clients grown professionally and personally.

Located off R-23N in Worthington. Northwoods Blvd is the fourth traffic light north of I-270 off R-23 (High Street). Turn left onto Northwoods Blvd (at the Huntington Bank sign). As Northwoods curves to the right look to the left and pull into the parking lot marked "134-136." Park between the first and second buildings. Take the steps between the buildings up into the courtyard. Building 136 will be on your right. We're on the second floor on the right at the top of the stairs.
