There are many ways of coping that can help you become stronger in this process, leaving you with a more positive experience both within yourself and in your relationships. Letting go of old ways of living life that keep you stuck is not so difficult, it just takes acknowledging that this issue exists and skills (you already posses) that I can help you get back to.
I specialize in DBT addressing issues directly related to Mindfulness (awareness of the here and now); Emotion Regulation skills (how emotions help us); Interpersonal Skills (asking for what you want while respecting both yourself and others); and Distress Tolerance skills (coping with daily stresses more effectively).
