This may seem impossible if you are overwhelmed and feel trapped by obstacles and stressors that you are experiencing. It can be extremely helpful to have someone to lend an open ear and provide some guidance to encourage positive movement forward. As a therapist, I create a warm, safe, nonjudgmental environment for children, adolescents, and adults to be able to open up and share their feelings and make sense of what is troubling them. | Fee Schedule: |
Sessions are generally 50 minutes in length, and the fee is $150 per session. If you are unable to afford this, I do offer a sliding scale option based your financial needs. I am currently an in-network provider with Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Magellan, Holman Group, and Henry Mayo Hospital insurance. If you have a PPO plan with another insurance carrier, I can work with that insurance as well, and for your convenience, I can submit claims and handle billing.
In order for therapy to be most effective and beneficial, I usually recommend meeting on a weekly basis. However, based on your needs and preferences, sessions can take place less often. |
