I am a licensed therapist and primarily provide counseling to adult males and females. I also offer group, couples and family therapy. My main objective is to help clients learn how to make better decisions, become more effective in personal and/or professional relationships, learn skills for managing and decreasing symptoms of depression and anxiety, and improving their overall self-esteem and life satisfaction. I use a collaborative approach in which the client and I work together to solve problems and develop solutions at a pace which makes sense. Ultimately the client will be empowered to live a more fulfilling life.
