| Practice Description: |
Are there problems at school, poor grades, or constant fights at home? Are you sick of the tension? Trouble adjusting to adolescence occurs for both teens and parents. The pressures on teens today are greater than ever and navigating the road to increased independence can be tricky for you and your teenager. Whether your child is experiencing inattention, anxiety, depression, illness, family problems, or academic problems, I can help. I've aided teens and families for the past 10 years to start to communicate and feel better.
While finding help can feel daunting, I specialize in research-based treatments, which can help empower you to feel better sooner and improve communication for your family. My therapeutic work focuses on helping students, teens, twenty-somethings, children, and families. Seeking help is the first step to improving your life.
In addition to providing individual therapy, I also treat families to address behavioral concerns with young children. Additionally, I can help clarify diagnostic concerns by conducting testing for IEP's, developmental concerns, or for disability accommodations.
