I am a Licensed Professional Counselor working in the Austin area. I have extensive experience working with youth and people with disabilities and am knowledgeable in treating Depressive and other Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Eating Disorders, and others. My therapeutic approach is rooted in finding your strengths and utilizing them to reach your goals. I use mindfulness techniques, relaxation and centering training, and offer a warm and challenging therapeutic relationship in order to help you progress to the next stage in your life.

I am currently charging $70 per session. I do not accept insurance at this time, though if your insurance company reimburses for out-of-network providers, I would fill out any necessary paperwork to document our sessions. Please contact me for sliding scale information. |

Directions: To get to the office: Take Lake Austin Blvd west from MoPac (Loop 1). The office is located on the right-hand side, next door to Magnolia Cafe. Parking is avavailable in front and back of the building. Turn on Deep Eddy Ave to reach the back parking lot. Parking may be tricky on Sundays as it is also used by Magnolia Cafe. Additional street parking is available in the neighborhood surrounding the building.
