Practice Description: Sometimes it is overwhelming to be faced with life's many challenges, and at these times psychotherapy can help you get through the tough times and also begin a process of growth and discovery.

There are many different reasons why people seek treatment.

Dealing with the end of a relationship or the loss of a loved one can leave you paralyzed. Feeling unable to face into the fears about changes in career, school, and relationships can leave you feeling not quite up to the task. Occasionally one may just wake up feeling depressed, anxious or in physical pain.

Psychotherapy is a safe space, a nurturing environment, where we can discover together the meaning of what has happened and facilitate growth.
