I am a licensed clinical social worker who provides clients with a supportive, empathic, and non-judgemental environment in which they can explore the issues and problems that they have been unable to resolve on their own. My style is interactive and conversational. I work with individuals, couples, and families, and strive to help each person achieve success and satisfaction in their work, self-esteem, relationships and sense of self.
I specialize in helping individuals cope with anxiety, recover from depression, and manage stress. I work with couples on managing conflict and improving communication. I help parents learn how to parent their pre-teens and teens more effectively.
My office offers a comfortable and confidential private practice setting in which to meet and work
