My specialties include marital counseling, divorce adjustment counseling for individuals and children, blended family issues, and anger management, as well as dealing with stress and anxiety.
Counseling involves getting the tools you need to help you deal with your life situations. People are not born with communication/problem solving skills, and often difficulties arise because of a lack of education, experience, or exposure to these tools.
In general, people like to be around others who make them feel good about themselves (valued, respected, accepted), and sometimes couples forget to let others know how much they love and value them.
