Meeting clients where they are is an important piece of my practice. I utilize different theories and techniques based on the needs of my clients. Honoring feelings and navigating clients through life's ups and downs creates a safe and trusting environment where my clients grow. I work with adults and children and specify treatment to meet specific needs.
I work with many clients on relationship issues; from newly divorced, never married, dating or widowed. The relationship/dating process can be challenging and I work with clients to navigate through changes and challenges. I also utilize many techniques to assist clients with anxiety, self-esteem and depression issues. Allow yourself to take time to breathe and find your happiness.
In my work with children & adolescents. I utilize play therapy techniques and assist children with anger management, low self-esteem, anxiety, grief & loss, divorce and bullying issues.
