I believe all people can benefit from the therapeutic process. Life can be overwhelming, decision making can feel impossible, support can be hard to find. Friends and family may mean well, but emotional attachments can cloud interpersonal interactions.

I have experience with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. My approach is centered around meeting you where you are emotionally, helping you uncover your coping skills, beginning the process of change and growth and moving towards the ultimate goal of wellness.
