I started this practice because I saw a need for a more integrative approach to helping people face psychological and relationship challenges. As a therapist and educator I observed that many of my clients needed something more than psychotherapy and medication to heal. Through my own independent research I developed an approach that I believe offers greater hope for recovery. I call this approach integrative personal counseling which addresses six areas of concern: social relationships, physical activity, nutritional habits, environmental stress, spirituality and family history (genetics).
