Are you feeling dissatisfied with aspects of your life? Are your relationships as fulfilling as you'd like them to be? Together we can work toward a better understanding of how your unique thoughts, feelings, and behavior are impacting your ability to relate to others and realize your potential. Then, if you want to make changes, we can explore new ways of thinking and behaving that may improve the way you interact, feel and function.
My style is straightforward and empowering. I offer individual, couples, and family psychotherapy to adolescents and adults for general mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and relationship concerns.
One of my specialties is the assessment of learning differences such as dyslexia and ADHD in school age children, adolescents, and adults. When appropriate, I provide a detailed report which can serve as a guide for addressing concerns and as documentation for schools or employers.
