Determining whether to engage in psychotherapy is often not an easy decision. However, if you are searching for a therapist, then there must be something concerning you. My role is to assist you to examine those concerns and identify how to best resolve them.
Psychotherapy is an educational experience. It is a course on YOU. It involves a thorough analysis and understanding of your background and the issues that cause you distress. You will discover coping tools to best address those issues. As a result, you will become an expert on yourself and will be able to apply your knowledge to your life.
