Congratulations, you have just taken the first step in finding relief from emotional pain. At times in your life, especially during these stressful days, it helps to have a compassionate objective guide. You need not 'go it alone'. If we are lucky enough to have loving family and friends, sometimes they can help. But, they are not always unbiased. When you are in a bad place, for example: loss of relationship, job loss, depression, anxiety and/or trauma (past or present), professional counseling is a very good option. I offer our first session at no cost with no obligation.
My practice is built on a foundation of Mindful, Intentional Living. We all have strengths that are easily forgotten when life gets hard. I support you with an empathetic ear and particpate with solution to help you reclaim those strengths and meet your goals.
No cost initial session. I accept most insurance in or out of network. I also accept VISA, MASTERCARD AND DISCOVER

I offer a no cost initial session. My fee is $125 for the 50-minute hour, and $180 for an 80-minute hour and a half. I accept cash, personal checks, and visa/mastercard/discover. |
