I am a clinical nurse specialist who has been in private practice for more than twenty-one years. I offer both individual and group psychotherapy.
From my perspective, many of the beliefs we have about ourselves and the world formed during childhood. While these beliefs may have been necessary coping skills when we were young, they often lead to problems with low self esteem, depression, anxiety, and anger.
Through the therapy process, clients identify and resolve their self limiting and self sabotaging beliefs and behaviors. They learn to let go of the past and stop worrying about the future. They develop the skills necessary to think clearly and to make healthy decisions about life and living.
I love to watch the profound changes clients make in their lives as they do their therapy. I always feel honored to be able to be a part of that journey. I hope you will consider doing your healing work with me.

| Fee Schedule: |
My fee for a 50 minute individual session is $105. ( I offer a sliding scale for those who could not participate in therapy if they had to pay the full fee.) My fee for group therapy is $320 per month. |
| Insurance and Billing Instructions: |
I choose not to participate in preferred provider insurance plans. Many insurance companies, however, will cover me as an out of network provider. In these instances I give clients a monthly statement to turn into their insurance providers and the clients are reimbursed directly. |
