I would like to help you focus on and improve the areas of your life that feel unsatisfactory. Whether you need an evaluation for substance use/gambling, or therapy in that area, I provide caring and effective counseling. In addition, I can assist you with decreasing sadness, worries, stress, and work-related concerns. For nearly twenty years, I have been there for individuals and couples who need a jump-start in building a sense of well-being and happiness. Using supportive talk therapy, as well as my training in art and creative writing, I am able to offer therapy that best suits each client's needs. I offer an initial session at no cost, so that we can assess for a "right fit" together.
