25 Years of Experience and an Affordable Sliding Fee Scale
I help people with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, childhood abuse and/or neglect issues, relationship issues, who grew up with an alcoholic parent(s) and a range of other life challenges. I also assist people with development of new career and life plans based on self-awareness. I have a strengths-oriented, humanistic approach and use best practice methods, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), for specific issues. Individual counseling and occasional groups are available. I offer an affordable sliding fee scale and special low rates for people trying to live on Medicaid benefits.
