Welcome to my page. Are you looking to view thoughts and feelings in a more balanced way? Do you desire to have greater awareness and acceptance? or to let go of old pains or anxiety?
My passion is to use an integrated East-West approach to therapy. I believe everyone deserves to live life to its fullest, that the therapist-client relationship is so vital to trust and healing, and in the importance of awareness and growth. I see myself as a facilitator, listener, and change-agent. We all could use a professional on this psychological and spiritual journey, someone to listen non-judgmentally, reflect, investigate, and gently challenge our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
I use Buddhist and non-dual wisdom, along with compassion, as I work with individuals and couples struggling with a variety of issues. I’ve spent over twelve years on the spiritual journey and over three years of individual and couples therapy myself, so you can trust that I can empathize, understand the difficulty of change, and know how therapy can often be a complex journey.
