I provide a safe and supportive environment in which individuals may explore the difficulties and challenges confronting them. With 25 years of experience my practice integrates many psychotherapeutic techniques including Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Family Systems, Jungian, Sandplay and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
In addition, I have extensive experience working with children and adolescents with behavioral problems, self-esteem issues, child abuse, impulse control disorders, eating disorders as well as developmental disorders.
I also specialize in issues related to personal growth, life transitions, spiritual concerns and grief/loss utilizing an integrative model that seeks to bring the individual into relationship with all aspects of his/her self.
