Are you in need of help? Acknowledging that you are struggling, and deciding to do something about it is the first important step towards taking control over your life and feeling better. I work with individuals and couples presenting with a range of issues - mood disorders, anxiety, stress and life transitions, substance abuse, loss, relationships and marital problems. I want to help you create the kind of life you want, your life can change! I assist individuals, and couples improve the quality of their life, develop new coping skills, and reach self growth and happiness.
Individual therapy - mood disorders, anxiety issues, anger management, substance abuse, relationships, life transitions, parenting, and women issues (including pregnancy, new motherhood, post postpartum depression, stress, menopause.) Couple therapy - communication skills, conflicts-resolution, trust building, emotional intimacy, how to meet each other needs and have the kind of relationship they want.
Through the development of therapeutic relationship, I help individuals, and couples better understand the issues they are presenting with, their needs and how to help themselves live the life they want. I offer a safe, respectful, and nurturing exploratory therapeutic environment that is culturally sensitive.

Take exit 17 – Newton Corner exit and follow signs around the Sheraton Hotel into Newton Centre. Make a right turn on Centre Street and continue to Newton Centre on Beacon Street. Turn left staying to the right of the Bank of America then make a quick right into the 1280 Centre Street parking lot around the building.
From Massachusetts Turnpike - West
Take Exit 17 – Newton Corner and make a right turn on Centre Street and continue into Newton Centre to Beacon Street (light). Turn left staying to the right of the Bank of America then make a quick right into the 1280 Centre Street parking lot around the building.
From Route 128 - North
Take Exit 21 – Route 16 east and bear right at the top of the ramp and then turn right at the light toward Newton Centre on Beacon Street. Continue through Newton Centre to the light at Centre Street. Go straight through the light staying to the right of the Bank of America and make a quick right into 1280 Centre Street parking lot around the building.
From Route 128 - South
Take Exit 21 – Route 16 and bear right at the top of the ramp. Go straight through the next light and turn right at the light toward Newton Centre on Beacon Street. Continue through Newton Centre to the light at Centre Street. Go straight through the light to the right of the Bank of America and make a quick right into 1280 Centre Street parking lot around the building.

* PARKING IS NOT ALWAYS AVAILABLE AROUND BUILDING. Meter parking is available on Beacon and Union Streets and there is a municipal parking lot off of Beacon Street.
