| Practice Description: |
Are you ready for real change?
If you are feeling stressed, anxious, or stuck in your life, work or relationships, therapy can help!
I work with people who are generally well functioning, insightful and motivated, but are aware that specific shifts will make their lives much happier and more satisfying. We all have times in life when we feel stuck and just don't know how to effect the changes we are ready to see in our lives. My clients come in for a variety of reasons. Some desire more satisfying relationships. Others are dealing with distracting/anxious thoughts, crises of confidence or issues with procrastination/overwhelm. Still others are ready to remove blocks to creativity and productivity, or to heal the wounds of past trauma. Often my clients want to learn how to relate differently to the stressors in their lives, and finally find a sense of balance.
With 20 years of experience in executive management and psychotherapy, I often see professionals and executives and entrepreneurs in high stress jobs. I also work often with young adults/college students who are figuring out how to transition into the next stage of their lives. I work with a warm, supportive, coaching style and value humor as a balance to the deepness of therapy. My goal is to offer intelligent, effective therapy for lasting change.
Therapy is truly an investment in yourself. If you are ready to take this step, please call so that we can begin to discuss your specific situation and how our work together can help you to reach your personal goals. I offer an initial 30 minute consultation at no charge. Please visit my website www.wilsontherapy.com for more information.
