Over the past eight years, I have provided psychotherapy to diverse populations with a variety of needs. I have experience in many areas of counseling using a non-judgmental and confidential approach. My therapeutic style consists but is not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET).
I have been trained in Motivational Enhancement Therapy, which uses Motivational Interviewing (MI) as a skill. I am a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT), an international group of individuals who teach MI. I have provided MI trainings and supervision to therapists throughout the US.
