I work with clients to help them identify and link issues of their past to behaviors and patterns in the present so they may move forward in their lives with new vitality. This starts with the establishment of a sound trusting therapeutic relationship. From this foundation, I will educate and support you in uncovering and recovering your own resources and strengths.
Telling your story and being honest with yourself can help you make meaning out of where you've been and inform where you are going and how you get there. Growth and change are possible as you begin to shed old habits and ideas that prevent you from living more fully.

Individuals- $150 for a 50 minute session and $185 for a 90 minute session.
Couples-$175 for a 50 minute session and $200 for a 90 minute session. |

Clients are responsible for paying directly for services. I am able to accept most PPO insurance. If your insurance company pays for out-of-network providers, I will give you a bill for you to submit for reimbursement from your insurance company. |
