I believe in taking a holistic approach to counseling. Since many issues are interrelated, positive change in one area begins a ripple effect of change in others. My training and 24 years of clinical experience is diverse, addressing issues relating to relationship problems, anxiety, depression, addictions, trauma, grief and stress. In addition, I offer two women's groups, an anger management program and training in stress management and assertive communication. I am a Licensed Marital & Family Therapist, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Master Addictions Counselor and a Certified EMDR Therapist. Counseling services are $75.00 per 50 minute session. There is a reduced fee for pre-payment of four sessions. |

I file insurance for Tricare (military) and Health Choice (Oklahoma State Employees insurance). The majority of my clients pay per session and I provide a paid-in-full statement which can be submitted to the client's insurance company for direct reimbursement, if counseling services are covered. I accept all major credit cards. |
