I offer a holistic body centered, psycho-spiritual approach to psychotherapy, as research shows that we carry what is unresolved in the cells of our bodies. It is essential that we address the mind, body, and who we are as spiritual beings, in order to make lasting changes from a deep place. When we feel it, we can heal it!
I will provide you with a safe, objective,confidential place to be yourself, let go, heal, forgive, grow, get clear, get grounded, get support, learn, laugh, make peace with yourself, claim your life back, and evolve.
I will help you to live more fully, authentically, and abundantly. Through various techniques , including transformational breathwork, I will help you to move beyond your preconceived limitations, and reconnect with yourself in a new, empowered, and healthier way. I believe you can manifest your dreams, be your best self, and live your best life.
I work with all issues of the heart.; relationship issues, self confidence issues, all addictions, depression, anxiety, grief, loss, anger, life transitions, and more. I offer individual, couples, group, and workshop sessions. Through my 30 years of experience in the field, I bring much valued insight and wisdom into my work.
