I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Evidence Based therapy for adult individuals. My area of expertise is the effective and targeted treatment of Depression, Panic Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and Chronic Insomnia using proven techniques to help you start reducing your symptoms faster and reduce the likelihood of a recurrence after therapy ends.
Compared to traditional psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Evidence Based Therapy tend to be more short-term, problem-solving, and goal-oriented approaches that involve your active participation. Research has shown CBT to be as effective as medication for anxiety and depression, and more effective in preventing relapse.
