| Practice Description: |
I work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, loss and grief, acculturation, relationship and communication issues, creative blocks, and challenging life transitions. My approach is tailored to clients' needs. I use traditional talk therapy as well as creative arts therapies, mind-body, and mindful awareness techniques to help clients decrease anxiety and depression, improve their relationships, manage stress, make difficult decisions, cope with life challenges, and enhance their creativity and productivity.
Whether you are looking for a quiet, empathic listener or seeking active, solution-focused support, I will bring attention, creativity, and a variety of skills as we work together to identify and achieve your therapeutic goals. I value the unique ways in which we each embody our own life experiences, biology, culture, and social environment. Using personalized techniques, I offer Individual, couples, and family therapy for children and adults.
I incorporate my background and training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, mindful awareness practices, creative arts therapies, and yoga into my work.
