Would you like to improve your mood by decreasing feelings of depression and anxiety? Develop satisfying and lasting relationships? Perform better at work or sports? I'd like to help. The good news is that you can really feel and perform better. I am devoted to helping individuals and couples find enjoyment, improve self confidence and self esteem, and become effective with relationships and occupational functioning. I also help athletes improve performance.
Generally, we will meet to determine your needs and to develop a collaborative, respectful working relationship. If we agree to continue to work together, we develop a compassionate psychological understanding of your self.
From here, we determine what adjustment or changes you want and we formulate a plan to develop your strengths and resources for managing life's challenges.
