| Practice Description: |
I believe Professional Counseling is often the KEY to healing. Somewhat like a "puzzle box" needs a key to open, to reveal a treasure, our lives are often puzzling and we find we are in need of a way (key) to obtain the answers/serenity that reside within us. A professional counselor often serves the purpose of assisting in unlocking the knowledge and peace held deep inside.
I have expertise in managing various mental health issues within a variety of locales. My approach to psychotherapy involves being "fully present" at each session to assist my clients in finding their way through life's challenges. I am always aware that each of us is our own expert; after all, who knows you better than you?! Through the counseling process you will help me understand where you are on your life journey...from there I will join you on your path, assisting you wherever possible in recognizing the options/opportunities/obstacles that may lie ahead.
I am honored to daily engage in a process that I love...as I help others, I am also helped in growing as my own person. By taking this first step, you have already displayed a readiness to begin this process; therefore, if you are ready for assistance in navigating your life-travels, please call for an appointment.
