| Practice Description: |
Are you having difficulty in your personal relationships or struggling with specific issues (e.g., depression, anxiety, fatigue)? You need someone who is able to support you, follow your words carefully, and help you hear your own desires as you give voice to the reasons behind the rhythms working so mysteriously to frustrate your best efforts to help yourself until now.
I work with those wishing to improve functioning and well-being in areas of life which relate to: parenting relationships, marriage/romantic relationships, and profession. Self-injury behaviors, such as cutting, hair-pulling, eating issues, are ones which I have special knowledge about and treat with sensitivity and understanding.
I have taught for over ten years at schools such as the University of Southern California, Los Angeles City College, and secondary schools abroad. Working with so many, I realize that each person and issue is unique, so therapy must be tailored to meet your needs.

Choosing a therapist is a very personal decision. Training and approach to treatment are important considerations, but perhaps the single most important factor to your experience in therapy is the comfort you feel with your therapist
Call me for a telephone consultation. If you feel comfortable, we can make an appointment. |
